Tou Is Very Magically Adept,Being Able To cast Spells,Unlike Kouen Could.
Tou Uses a sort of oddly Fluid combination Of Magic and Hand to hand,Being,oddly Enough,Extremely Effective.

well yeah but i like it when a group does that stuff, like on aninjaspath, the akatsuki all named themselves after the akatsuki ^^ i was zetsu
